Slagterbørsen is a restaurant with a focus on meat. We get our main ingredients from Guldrummet, a special branch of Danish Crown which cooperates with chefs from some of the best restaurants in Denmark.
The menu consists of three starters, four mains and three desserts and the meat is served with a potato side dish and sauce.
A dinner at SlagterBørsen can be done in three different ways:
- Dinner all inclusive: Your choice of starter, main, potato side dish sauce and dessert. Included in the price is wine ad libitum, still water, coffee and dessert wine for two hours – 500,- DKK
- Three course dinner: Your choice of starter, main, potato side dish sauce and dessert – 350,- DKK
- A la carte: You combine dishes and drinks
